Select the appropriate certification from the "Want to apply for" drop down box

Select the training vendor (e.g. Cisco if you have a CCNA) to provide the IPv6 website address or submit your own IPv6-enabled website

Application Process

Provide the following information in the "Other Details" field of your online application:

Overview of your IPv6 experience

For Cisco certifications, provide the verification code on your certificate

If you have recertified within the last three years, provide the name of the exam passed to recertify your Cisco certification

Approval Process

The approval process may take several weeks
